Lindsay Saker Alberton provides qualified applicants with an Accredited Competency Based Modular Training (CBMT) Apprenticeship, which combines on-the-job training (OJT) with relevant classroom education under the supervision of a Qualified Motor Vehicle Mechanic. Ext 4, 16 Dakota Cres, Airport Park, Johannesburg, 1401 is where Imperial Technical Training Academy (ITTA) delivers theoretical; classroom-based instruction. All terms and conditions of the CBMT contract with merSETA and the learnership contract with Lindsay Saker Alberton shall apply. For CBMT Apprentices, MIBCO minimum salaries apply.

To be considered, the candidate must have the following qualifications:

Matric (N2 with Math, Engineering Science, and English) (50 percent are essential)
Licence to drive
Literacy on the computer
The candidate will be required to take and pass a mechanical insight exam.
Before being approved for the following phase, the candidate will go through the regular background checks. To determine whether or not the candidate is fit for employment, he or she will have a medical examination.
Successful applicants will be placed after completing a psychometric testing and a face-to-face interview.
