Cipla is accepting applications for the Internship Programme 2022 from jobless South African graduates.
The deadline for internship applications is November 25, 2021.
Locations of Internship: Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban
The program’s goal is to give hand-picked, exceptional graduates real-world job experience in important business units, allowing them to explore and extend their innate potential. Develop your technical, commercial, and leadership abilities, as well as your personal growth, to put you on the road to a successful long-term career.
Be accountable in business-critical areas, where you’ll be expected to rotate across and participate in department deliverables and initiatives.
Work in a range of departments to develop a better grasp of the pharmaceutical industry, including specialized areas and cross-functional collaboration.
Use a range of digital/virtual platforms to collaborate and work independently in a team context.
Manage numerous projects at the same time and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Apply a ‘Project Management attitude’ to tasks and be in charge of a wide range of deliverables.
Communicate with and to stakeholders, line management, project owners, colleagues, and team members in a professional and consistent manner (verbally and in writing).
Using a range of business savvy software and tools, mine, manage, and analyze large volumes of data.

Requirements for education:
Must have earned a bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines of study:

Manufacturing – supply chain management; demand forecasting

Pharmacists are people who work in pharmacies (completed internship and community service)

Work effectively and productively.
Enjoy being pushed and working under duress, both as part of a team and on your own.
