Temp Learning & Development Internships 2021 – 2022

Distell Limited invites applicants to apply for Temp Learning & Development Internships Programme 2021.

Internship Application Closing Date: 16 April 2021

Internship Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape

The purpose is to provide practical work experience to students who are in their final year of study and requires In-Service Training in order to obtain their qualification. Successful interns will be expected to enter into a 12-month contract commencing 1 May 2021 and terminating 30 April 2022.

Key Learning Areas include (but are not limited to):

  1. Administer the LMS (Learning Management System)
  2. Assist with development and testing of eLearning courses
  3. Contribution and immersion in building a digital learning culture
  4. Assist staff with performance management processes (inclusive of career and development plans)
  5. Involvement in new employee on-boarding
  6. Involvement with Internal and External training programs
  7. Build and maintain external service provider relationships
  8. Facilitation of supplier management platform
  9. HR Administrative tasks (including reports and dashboards)
  10. Service Delivery to all internal stakeholders

To qualify for selection and participation in this programme, candidates must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Currently in the process of completing studies within Industrial Psychology/ HRM/HRD undergrad degree and require in-service training in order to complete your curriculum
  • Eager to learn, good work ethic and positive can-do attitude with high energy levels
  • Demonstrated Advanced Computer literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills,
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities,
  • Exposure to eLearning course development will be an advantage
  • Attention to detail,
