Who Can Apply For The SAPOA Bursary?
Like most companies in South Africa, SAPOA offers bursaries to find talented people and support their study so they can work for the company after they completed their studies. That is why they offer bursaries for studies related to their core business, Property.
Here is a list of supported Study fields:
- BCom Finance with Property Valuation and Management as a major
- BSc Property Studies
- BSc Property Management
- BSc Urban and Regional Planning
- BSc Town and Regional Planning
- BSc Construction Studies
- BSc Quantity Surveying
- BCom Property Valuation and Management
- BSc Real Estate
SAPOA also has a graduate program. However, they will only offer this to graduates they want to work for them.
What Are the Requirements For this Bursary?
Lets take a look at the requirements for this bursary:

- You are a South African Citizen
- You have completed your Matric and are in the possession of a certified copy
- You need to be studying one of the Bachelors mentioned above
- Your tertiary University or University of Technology is registered at the council of Higher Education
- You will need a good academic record
- You will need to show your family income (proof you need financial help)
- They only hire coloured students (Black, African,Coloured) defined by the BBBEE act.
